What Does the Home Inspection Report Look Like?
We use an extremely intuitive and simple report writing software that provides home buyers and realtors the ease of understanding all the information we collect and analyze during the inspection. For the client and agent, the report is easy to understand and easy to navigate.
How is the report delivered?
As soon as you schedule your inspection you are provided with a personal inspection portal, housing your schedule, invoice, agreements, and reports. When your report is published you will receive a text and an e-mail alerting you that the report is accessible from your portal. Your report has four viewing options - both a full, and summary, online interactive report; and both a full, and summary, PDF report. All versions of the report are desktop and mobile-friendly.
How soon is the report delivered?
All inspection reports are delivered before 12 pm the following business day.
Who receives a copy of the Home Inspection report?
The buyer and the buyer's Realtor are given access via text and/or e-mail to the inspection portal which houses all versions of the report. The link to the inspection portal contains all the information regarding your home inspection experience (reports, documents, professional contacts, payment options, invoices, agreements, and more).
