After nearly a decade of proudly serving Tulsa, the surrounding areas, and even reaching clients as far as Iowa, Brit and Lance Coffman are announcing the sale of Forever Home Inspection (FHI) to Mike and Emily Harding, effective July 1, 2025.
Founded in 2016, Forever Home Inspection has become Northeast Oklahoma’s #1 choice for home inspections. Under the Coffmans’ leadership, FHI earned a reputation for excellence, reliability, and deep respect for the homeowners and real estate professionals they serve. The company's mission—to glorify God by being faithful stewards of all that has been entrusted to them and to be a meaningful influence on all who come in contact with FHI—will remain at the heart of the business moving forward.
Mike Harding has served as FHI’s Director of Operations for the past year and now steps into co-ownership alongside his brilliant wife, Emily Harding. The Hardings, both military veterans, bring a strong foundation of discipline, integrity, and leadership to FHI. Mike also brings years of home inspection experience, including owning and operating a successful inspection company in Florida—one of the strictest states in the nation for home inspector licensing and standards. Their Christian values and shared dream of returning to ministry and the mission field guide their personal and professional lives. The Coffmans are confident that Mike and Emily will take FHI to new heights while staying true to its faith-driven, service-oriented culture.

Lance and Brit Coffman will continue to serve the real estate community—this time on the commercial side—as the founders of Focus Building Inspections. Lance now also serves as the Director of Professional Development and Training for the Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association (CCPIA), where he is helping shape the future of commercial inspection education nationwide.
