Q: What is included in my home inspection report?
A: Once your home inspection is complete, you’ll receive a well-crafted home inspection report stocked with easy-to-understand explanations of our findings, along with quality images and videos. Additionally, if ancillary services are performed during the inspection, your report will include access to all results and findings (i.e. sewer scope video footage, air duct scope video footage, termite ODAFF report, instant lead test results, and/or water quality results). 🗓️ Our reports are published no later than 3pm the following business day.
Note: If lead, mold, and/or asbestos samples were mailed to EMSL Analytical for testing, results will not be immediately available with your inspection report.
